Example Design Home automation system – eHouse for Living Room

  • Dimensions 8 * 6m (48m2) ceiling height of 3m
  • Design optimized to achieve comfort automation and  100% functionality RoomManager
  • Floor heating two separate sections , Adjustable floor temperature and air temperature in the room
  • LED Lights 12V only, various types
  • Fireplace with decorative lighting and forced air circulation
  • complete lighting and home automation  management from IR Remote Controller SONY
  • Audio , Video,  HiFi,  TV,  Sat controled from RoomManager
  • programs, profiles, scenes (for lighting and heating by electric switches)

Suspended ceiling with plaster – board fitted with fittings G4 (for 12V halogen)
wires were distributed at the stage of gypsum panels assembly – cardboard and drilled holes for light fixtures G4 . Luminaires fitted before painting the room.

Achieved system functions in the demo design:

  • 15 independently controlled segments of the lighting (light group) Body
  • 2 independently controlled lighting segments Terrace
  • control 2 independent heating zones underfloor heating in Living Room
  • Floor temperature control 2 independent heating zones
  • independent heating block for two heating zones in excess of the required temperature in the room
  • night lights automatically switched on at too low level of lighting outside the building (after dark)
  • turn the speakers  on / off  at the terrace
  • automatic on the fan forcing air circulation near fireplace  for heating
  • lighting, heating, outputs and all automation functions controled from Sony Remote controller (IR)

LED lighting has been designed as follows:

  • The main lighting multipoint (ceiling) in the ring-shaped lines .
    Each section (ring), controlled and activated by 2 outputs  of RoomManager (even and odd lamps separately) .
    The distance between the rings 60cm .
  • RGB LED lighting Placed centrally – controlled from 3 channel RGB dimmer .
  • Perimeter lighting on all three types of free wall decorative wall lamps (red colors , blue , green)  mixed.
  • Automatic Night Lights .
  • Lighting over the couch .

  • Diffused lighting for watching TV, LED strip for the grille of the gypsum  cardboard
  • LED ribbon Lighting for  glass table . Lighting glass decorative chest of drawers with glass shelf, each a different color – LED strips .

  8. Measurement of the temperature outside the South (for information) .
